Please understand all shipping times below are after production/ships out within times. In all of our product descriptions, you will also see the estimated ship out time, after production the transit times below apply.
For example, if you order a product that has a ship out time within 5 business days and order priority mail shipping of 2 – 3 business days. After production which could be between 1 to 5 business days when it ships the transit times to your door will be 2 – 3 business days. Or whatever shipping you choose when you ordered.

We work hard to get your order out as soon as possible and we always hope to ship it out before the estimated production time.
** Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes for production, to handle and pack your order.
International orders may incur customs duties which are to be paid by the customer. However, we do write a low value so your cost if any will be lower.
All shipping cost cannot be refunded. If you refuse any shipments from SauceAvenue.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Sauce Avenue does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered. You MUST make proper arrangements to receive your package.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a text to inform you the email has been sent. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that show it’s delivered. Please click here for more information if your order shows delivered but you did not receive it.
We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally) which covers insurance, we will submit a claim/investigation to USPS on all cases of an item being delivered and you did not receive it.
