In order to process your return, please read below:
- Send us an email to Team@SauceAvenue.com with your order information and what you would like to exchange or return.
- We will email you back information to ship your items back to our warehouse.
- Drop off the package at any USPS or UPS location.
When making a return, please ensure the following:
- Your items have not been altered in any way. This includes printing, embroidering, washing or decorating. Altered items will not be accepted.
- Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Your return is postmarked within 15 days of the original order date. Returns postmarked after 15 days will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be issued once your package has been received and inspected by our staff.
- As a courtesy, we do not charge a restocking fee.
- Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
- Store credit will be provided once our staff has inspected your return.
- Sale, Promo Code Used, or Bargain Items cannot be returned for refund. You may return for store credit or exchange.
- If your original invoice had free postage we will deduct $10.99 for postage and handling. We do NOT cover return shipping costs.
- We do offer exchanges. We do NOT cover return shipping costs.
- Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt. If you received any defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately.
