Return/Exchange Policy

Our #1 priority is customer satisfaction!

In order to process your return, please read below:

  1. Send us an email to with your order information and what you would like to exchange or return.
  2. We will email you back information to ship your items back to our warehouse.
  3. Drop off the package at any USPS or UPS location.

When making a return, please ensure the following:

  • Your items have not been altered in any way.  This includes printing, embroidering, washing or decorating.  Altered items will not be accepted.
  • Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Your return is postmarked within 15 days of the original order date.  Returns postmarked after 15 days will not be accepted.


  • Refunds will be issued once your package has been received and inspected by our staff.
  • As a courtesy, we do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
  • Store credit will be provided once our staff has inspected your return.
  • Sale, Promo Code Used, or Bargain Items cannot be returned for refund. You may return for store credit or exchange.
  • If your original invoice had free postage we will deduct $10.99 for postage and handling. We do NOT cover return shipping costs.


  • We do offer exchanges. We do NOT cover return shipping costs.
  • Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt.  If you received any defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately.
