Customer & Order Questions

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-7 business days in our warehouse (Holidays, Saturday, & Sunday do not count as business days). We don't sale pre-order items so you don't have to worry about us charging you and waiting weeks for your order.

Estimated delivery times apply after your order leaves our warehouse and depends on the shipping method you selected. We will email you tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within our standard deliervy times and you will be given the option to change or cancel your order.

Items are sent by USPS (United States Postal Service), DHL Express, or UPS (United Parcel Service).

ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

Domestic orders typically take 5-7 days to be delivered.

ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:

Shipment of international orders may typically take 7-21 days to be delivered from the date of purchase. International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 7-14 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow 4-6 weeks for international delivery.

TRACK THE SHIPPING OF MY ORDER

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update on your package. Clicking on the tracking number in the email will direct you to a tracking page. If this does not work, you may need to copy and paste the tracking number from the email into the appropriate shipping service.

If your order is sent via USPS, the tracking number will be 22 digits long.

Orders sent via UPS have tracking numbers that typically start with 1Z and are 18 characters long.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will accept unwashed/unworn/unopened merchandise for exchanges within 15 days of purchase (within 30 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). The return date will be determined by the postmark on the returned package.

We cannot accept exchanges on the following items:

  • Any apparel item that has any obvious signs of use, such as damage when opening the packaging, or smelling like it has been washed or worn.
  • Downloadable media like gift cards.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We will provide you a store credit upon receiving the item(s) back so you can re order the correct size.

CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER

We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been sent to production or shipped.

Contact customer service no later than 24 hours after purchase for a chance to change order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are determined by the weight, shipping method, and delivery address of your order. You will see your total shipping costs at checkout before you are asked to provide your payment information.

Please note that addresses outside the United States may have additional handling fees applied to the order as well. You will also be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or other authority upon any parcel we send to you.

CUSTOMERS LIVING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES

Customers receiving their order at an address outside of the United States are responsible for paying applicable sales tax, duties, and customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges or fees. If fees are not paid, your order may be sent back to us, or continued to be held by the Customs or Government or other authority in the country of deliverance.

Please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it's not in any of your folders, please contact us below and we'll help figure out the problem. It is possible you may have entered your email address incorrectly.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPAREL

Please note that some apparel may feel sticky due to a treatment spray used while printing onto the apparel. To preserve the print and remove the spray, use the instructions below.


Wash Instructions:
Do NOT IRON.
Wash with similar colors.
Use cold water settings.
Turn garment inside out.
Tumble dry with low heat
temperature or hang to air dry.

Our office hours are Mon-Fri 10-4 PST.

However you can place an order on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you email us after hours, a representative will be back in touch the next business day.

Yes however we have a contract that will need to be signed and credit card/ACH set up/on file before shipping products. Please contact us with the form below and have the items your interested in carrying in the form.
