Customer & Order Questions

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-10 business days in our warehouse (Holidays, Saturday, & Sunday do not count as business days). Our items are made on demand so there is a production time.

Estimated delivery times apply after your order leaves our warehouse and depends on the shipping method you selected. We will email you tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within our standard delivery times and you will be given the option to change or cancel your order.

Items are sent by USPS (United States Postal Service).

ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

Domestic orders typically take 5-7 days to be delivered, after production.

ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:

Shipment of international orders may typically take 7-21 days to be delivered from the date of purchase. International shipments may be held by your local Customs Authority for an additional 7-14 days depending on the customs laws in your country. Therefore, it is best to allow 4-6 weeks for international delivery.

TRACK THE SHIPPING OF MY ORDER

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update on your package. Clicking on the tracking number in the email will direct you to a tracking page. If this does not work, you may need to copy and paste the tracking number from the email into the appropriate shipping service.

If your order is sent via USPS, the tracking number will be 22 digits long.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will accept unwashed/unworn/unopened merchandise for exchanges within 15 days of purchase (within 30 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). The return date will be determined by the postmark on the returned package.

We cannot accept exchanges on the following items:

  • Any apparel item that has any obvious signs of use, such as damage when opening the packaging, or smelling like it has been washed or worn.
  • Downloadable media like gift cards.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We will provide you a store credit upon receiving the item(s) back so you can re order the correct size.

CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER

There is a small window of time for us to chancge or cancel your order before we send it to production.

We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Contact customer service no later than 24 hours after purchase for a chance to change order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are determined by the weight, shipping method, and delivery address of your order. You will see your total shipping costs at checkout before you are asked to provide your payment information.

Please note that addresses outside the United States may have additional handling fees applied to the order as well. You will also be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or other authority upon any parcel we send to you.

CUSTOMERS LIVING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES

Customers receiving their order at an address outside of the United States are responsible for paying applicable sales tax, duties, and customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs charges or fees. If fees are not paid, your order may be sent back to us, or continued to be held by the Customs or Government or other authority in the country of deliverance.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER ORDERING/SHIPMENT

Please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it's not in any of your folders, please contact us below and we'll help figure out the problem. It is possible you may have entered your email address incorrectly. So please email us so we can check and get infomation updated if needed.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPAREL

Wash Instructions:

We use premium inks and dyes on all of our garments. With the harsh washing and drying machines, our items may be damaged by washing cycles and high heats easier because of that. So the washing instructions here help our garments, dyes, and inks last years longer than just throwing it in the wash.

Hand wash only!

Hang to dry

Iron backside/front down on low heat.

Do NOT bleach, machine wash, or dry.

Doing these 3 things helps all of our garments last for years to come. Of course, we understand you may by mistake throw it in the washer. If you do please wash only in COLD water for the dyes and ink to not be damaged by the hot or warm water and do not put in the dry and follow the above steps.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Our office hours are Mon-Fri 10-10 PST. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

However, you can place an order on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you email us after hours, a representative will be back in touch the next business day.

IS THE WEBSITE SAFE AND SECURE?

Yes. We have gone to great lengths to make our website secure. Your information is protected by McAfee and GeoTrust.
